Which discount is right for you?
There are two separate water/sewer discounts — this one (age/disability-based) and the income-based affordability programs (Cleveland Water at up to 200% FPL; NEORSD’s Rate Reduction Program at up to 250% FPL, any age). You can’t stack them, so it pays to calculate which saves more.
